Ada County commissioners approve Cartwright Ranch planned community
The Board of Ada County commissioners Wednesday night approved Cartwright Ranch, a 584-home, 680-acre planned community adjacent to Hidden Springs along Cartwright Road in the Foothills north of Boise.
Commissioners Fred Tilman and Paul Woods voted in support of the project.

Commissioner Rick Yzaguirre was out of town at a National Association of Counties conference.

Cartwright Ranch is the fourth planned community approved by Ada County.

Hidden Springs was approved in 1996, Avimor in 2006, and The Cliffs in 2007.
